How do I get started?
Schedule your First Class Appointment with us by Registering Online. We look forward to meeting you!
Can I try a class first before I enroll?
Yes! Schedule your First Class Appointment with us by Registering Online, come to class and pay the drop-in fee. But remember you can get your first class free with paid enrollment. We recommend trying a full month of classes, especially for younger dancers who may be shy and nervous the first couple of classes.
How do I know what level my child is/ I am?
If you have never danced before, you are a level 1. If you have previous experience and are not sure which class to take, first pick the right age group, then come in to try a class so the instructor can assess your level and place you in the appropriate class. You can always contact us with further questions.
What do I wear to class?

If I take a ballet class back to back with a tap class, what do I do about attire changes?
Use your leotard as a base and you can layer pants, shorts, and shirts over the top, as necessary. There is always time given in between classes to change shoes and clothing.
How young can my child start dancing?
We accept children starting at age 2, in our Tinkerbell Tot classes.

Do you offer Automatic Tuition Payments?
Yes. WDA offers monthly Automatic Tuition Payments using a checking or savings account or credit/debit card. Sign-Up for hassle free tuition payments. It's easy and you won't have to worry about late fees! Visit our office to enroll.
Did I miss the registration deadline?...Is it too late to start?
WDA accepts new student registrations year-round. It is never too late to start classes. Register today!
Do you offer performance opportunities?
Yes, WDA offers many exciting performance opportunities throughout the year for our dancers including competitions, San Diego County Fair, local community events, Poway Days Parade, Knott's Berry Farm, cruises & more! Check out our Company Calendar for upcoming events.
How do I order costumes for performances?
Costume order forms are available in studio and online on our Attire page. You can also find costume order deadlines on our Company Calendar. If you have more questions about costume/performance policies, please visit our Policies page.
Do you offer adult ballroom, latin, and swing dance classes for couples and singles?
Yes we do! You can choose to take private lessons, or join a group class. We also offer wedding packages which includes personalized choreography to the song of your choice for your wedding dance. Dance lessons are also a great gift for anniversaries, birthdays, and that special someone.
Join us at our $5 Fridays - Swing , Ballroom, Salsa intro class from 7-8pm to get you started.
Do you offer Birthday Parties?
Yes! We offer customized birthday parties to fit any need, theme and age group. Contact us for availability and rates. Some popular themes include: Hawaiian (Hula and Tahitian dances), Hip Hop & Breakdance, Dance Fun (Intro to Dance and Dance Games), Dance Around the World (Hula-Tahitian, Mexican Folklorico, Flamenco, Bellydance, Bollywood), Girls Night Out (Ex.
