The Academy of World Dance n Arts hosted a food drive to benefit the San Diego Food Bank on December 1st-22nd, 2010. With the help of studio dancers, families, and overwhelming support from the local community, World Dance n Arts collected over 97 lbs. of food to help feed the hungry. For those that donated, World Dance n Arts conducted a raffle to win a $30 gift certificate good towards dance classes. WDA dancer, Jessica Menezes, took home the prize.
